INS LifeGuard Smart Home is a back to base system to assist you if you require assistance for a medical situation requiring an ambulance or other emergency request. It works via a HELP button which is answered by a trained nurse, who will talk to you and assist you. The device works through a 'SIM Card' and is not connected to your phone or data system. This enables the device to work in a power outage.
In a power outage, the battery has a life of approx. 24 hours.
It is advised to test this HELP button monthly to ensure it is functioning correctly.
There is an annual Safety Check on you INS LifeGuard Smart Home service by the Site/Sales Manager.
